This mural tells the story of planting seeds for the future. On the left, Pastor Dr. Stacy L. Spencer is shown gardening, a symbol of wisdom, leadership, and the foundation being laid. In the center, the community is working together to build and support one another. On the right, three children from Power Center Academy are reading, creating, and learning, representing the prosperity that grows from those seeds.

The glowing colors and flowing lines connect each part of the story in the shape of an infinity symbol, showing how effort and sacrifice flow forward into the next generation. Together, the images are a reminder that what we plant today grows into tomorrow.

This mural began with sketches and conversations and then came to life layer by layer on the church walls. Painting it was both humbling and rewarding because it connects my vision as an artist with the legacy of a community committed to growth. Each brushstroke felt like planting a seed, carrying the hope that it will inspire pride, unity, and vision in everyone who sees it.
